Jess supports the delivery of a variety of client accounts as a Policy and Commercial Analyst. She is responsible for developing client briefings and delivering policy and market analysis, specialising in domestic energy efficiency and low carbon heating. Jess is extremely efficient and her attention to detail means that she is able to quickly provide clear and accessible insights, summarising complex policy documents and technical notes for our clients. Additionally, Jess is a Policy Advisor for the Sustainable Energy Association, developing content and conducting research for SEA working group meetings and authoring policy position papers. She also supports the SEA in delivering stakeholder events. Her work across the energy sector means that she is able to advise on a range of energy policy and technology developments, in particular she has experience in working with manufacturers of innovative solutions.

Jess holds a BSc (Hons) in Geological Sciences from the University of Leeds and a MSc in Oceanography from the University of Southampton, which are accredited by the Geological Society of London and the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST) respectively.
