Part-time Administration Assistant (job share)

A part-time Bookkeeper/Administration Assistant is required to assist the team in a dynamic, sociable, fast-growing sustainable energy consultancy team.

The successful applicant will have a varied role, it is anticipated that bookkeeping/administration split will be approximately 50/50.

Location: Currently Solihull Town Centre (no on-site parking) relocating close to Snow Hill Train Station in the first half of 2019.

Closing Date: Friday 15 February 2019 by 17:00.

Package: £16,000 – £19,000 depending upon skill and experience + benefits and 23 days annual leave (salary and annual leave will be pro-rated).

Hours: Monday – Friday 13:30 – 17:30 (fixed – but with potential to increase).

Finance duties include: purchase invoice processing; processing of credit card bills; employee expenses – checking and processing onto SAGE; maintenance of fixed asset registration.

Administration duties include: answering the telephone; booking travel and hotel accommodation; maintaining various databases; assisting in organising and occasionally attending events; taking notes at meetings; managing stationery orders; ordering catering; and ensuring the office is tidy and well maintained.

In addition to being friendly and professional, essentially, we are looking for a candidate who is a great all-rounder, who is adaptable and willing to pitch-in.

Skills: Knowledge of SAGE Accounting Software or similar/MS Office experience is required.
